Dr. Alan Hedge is a world-renowned ergonomics and indoor environmental design expert with over 4 decades of experience on these topics. He runs Humanuse and he has collaborated with Humanscale on numerous efforts for over 25 years. He was a full professor in Department of Design and Environmental Analysis at Cornell University for over 30 years and is now Professor Emeritus at Cornell University. He is an extensively published author with 4 books and over 250 publications. He has received numerous awards for 'outstanding human factors contributions'. He is a Fellow of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society, the Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors, and the International Ergonomics Association. Hedge is often cited in the national and international media and has appeared on several TV and radio program - a President of the International Ergonomics Association recently noted "he is perhaps the most often cited ergonomist in the media."the International Ergonomics Association recently noted "he is perhaps the most often cited ergonomist in the media."

In this webinar, Dr. Alan Hedge, Professor Emeritus, PhD, CPE, C.Erg.HF and Sergio Silva, Humanscale Design Director spoke on how to prepare for bringing your workforces back to the office. While COVID-19 will undoubtedly impact the way we work, the resulting need of healthy, supportive workplace environments is no different. Together, we'll rise to the challenge of designing for this new normal.

They shared how the workplace will evolve over the short and long term, what employees will expect, and tangible solutions to create healthy and productive work spaces. Following the presentation, there was a Q&A to address any of specific concerns and questions.
